Parking $25.00(Reais) per day per Car.
The Room Tax is charged per apartment and per day to the value of R $ 2,10 (Optional)
Bookings without guarantee of No-show, are guaranteed until 2pm on the day of arrival, after this time will be canceled. A child up to 5 years old has a courtesy lodging since staying in the same apartment as the parents or guardians and sleeping in the same bed or in a cot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For non-refundable reservation: The choice of this rate does not allow changes or cancellations, we will debit the total amount at any time from the confirmation of the reservation. For further reservations: Cancellation of reservation with up to 03 (three) prior to check in, without penalty. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, the amount to be returned will be the total less the amount referring to the first night.
FORMS OF PAYMENT PAYMENT IN CREDIT CARD
We will make the debit of 100% of the value at any time from the confirmation of the reservation. The payment can be paid in installments, see conditions, with a minimum installment of R $100.00 (one hundred reais).
POLICY FOR MINORS OF AGE
According to Federal Law 8,069, dated July 13, 1990, the lodging of children under 18 (eighteen) years, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian, will not be allowed. If the minor is accompanied only by his / her guardian, he / she will be obliged to present, at the time of check in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor made in writing and signed by the parents, with firms recognized in a notary#39;s office. Notwithstanding any other provision, all children under the age of 18 (eighteen) years must present, at the time of check in, a photo document that proves their identity and membership, even if accompanied by their parents.
AFTER CHECK IN:
A waiver of stay upon arrival or after entry into the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason
SHALL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REFUND OF MONEY OR CREDIT ON NEW DAILY, resulting in total loss of amount paid for the package or daily.
VISITS AND GUESTS:
Respecting the privacy of other guests and the security of the Hotel, visits and guests will only be allowed with the appropriate authorization in the reception of the Hotel, with additional cost.
