Additional information:
a) We do not accept children in the suites.
b) Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 - For early check-in or late check-out, check availability and rules at reception;
c) We offer a 5% discount on the final balance due if it is paid in cash or cash. We do not offer a discount for the use of debit and / or credit cards;
d) Failure to make the deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation;
e) Non-refundable deposit in case of cancellation and no show;
f) The total amount of the reservation will be fully considered for collection in case of early departure;
g) Our daily rates include breakfast. To avoid waste, coffee will be served on the buffet or plated according to the total number of guests;

l) According to Federal Law, all minors under the age of 18 accompanied by their parents, must present an identification document upon check in. In case the parents are absent, it will be necessary to present the child's accommodation authorization, signed by the parents and notarized, together with the minor's identification document;
Pet rules:
a) Small animals are accepted;
b) Animals are not allowed in Suites category accommodation;
c) Only one animal is allowed per accommodation;
d) Animals are prohibited from circulating through the hotel's social areas, such as a restaurant and headquarters. In other areas, including the decks and the pool, they must circulate only with guides or collars;
e) The owners will be responsible for any incidents / accidents caused by their animal and should reimburse Pousada das Araras for any losses caused by it;
f) Failure to comply with these rules will allow the hotel to take the liberty of suspending their stay, preserving the welfare of all guests.
