Baía dos Golfinhos, 464 - Praia da Pipa, CEP 59.178-000, Tibau do Sul, has been agreed with the Contractor (agency / operator / guest), only the services described in this contract, and the Pousada is exempt from liability for any service not mentioned. The Contractor confirms the veracity of the information related to his personal and registration data, determining this service provision contract as responsible for himself and for the other people, named at the end of it. Below are the General Conditions, which are valid information on the content of the service purchased, referring to all the items of the accommodation, whether with regard to the provision of services as well as their use and enjoyment. 1. LEGAL CONDITIONS - TOCA DA CORUJA formulated this contract in the light of Brazilian legislation, especially the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078 / 90) and Decree No. 7,381 / 2010. 2. RESERVATION REQUEST - The reservation request must be made in writing (can be carried out electronically) and accompanied by the initial deposit (signal for reservation). In the case of last-minute reservations, thus considering those made up to 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in, the initial deposit amount will be 50% (fifty percent) of the value of the accommodation for direct guests and 100% (one hundred percent) for agencies / operators. 2.1. Full payment must be made immediately after confirmation of the requested services. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period will allow TOCA DA CORUJA to cancel confirmed services. 2.2. Check-in starts at 5 pm and check-out is due at 3 p.m. The double apartment consists of a double bed. The apartment with a request for an extra bed can be made up of articulated bed in the categories Special Apartment (triple) and Luxury Bungalow (triple or quadruple) with an extra charge of 30% per person. We only accept children above 10 years old. 2.3. Breakfast is included in the daily rates, with the service from 7:30 am. at 12:00. In quot;half boardquot; mode, breakfast and dinner will be available to the customer, drinks are not included. In cases of diet or when requiring any special item in the diet, prior consultation on the possibility of attendance is necessary, in which case there may be extra charges. 2.4. Transfers are regular tourist services, shared with other passengers, and will be carried out in a vehicle of proportional size to the number of people. The carrier will not be able to delay the transfer to await passengers who may have been detained by tax or police authorities for inspection. 3. When the payment for the reservation takes place via bank deposit, the guest must inform the Contractor of the fact and identification of the said deposit, sending the respective payment receipt, by e-mail reservas@tocadacoruja.com.br The payment of the reservation implies acceptance with TOCA DA CORUJA of the conditions of the clauses of the contract above.
