Change and Cancellation Policy: • Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the guest#39;s arrival date. After that date, the first night will be charged. No-show policy: • There will be a charge for the first night. General Policy: • Add 2.5% of ISS over daily rates. We do not charge service fee; • Optional Tourism Fee • The daily starts at 2:00 p.m. and closes at 12:00 p.m. Tickets before this time and departure after, upon availability and additional charge; • Breakfast included in the room rate when served in the restaurant. • Internet in the apartments: Free; • Parking the applicable costs. • Rates in dollars will be converted to the dollar value tourism purchase on the day of check-in; • For reservations with direct payment in the hotel, payment is made at the time of check-in; We do not accept checks; • Changes of date: will be accepted in writing, until 6:00 pm the day before the arrival originally confirmed. Otherwise it will require the collection of 01 daily; • Reservation Guarantee • No-Show Policy • • quot;Noquot; Guaranteed Reservations: Will be confirmed until 18:00 on the day of check-in after 6:00 pm subject to availability; • In periods of high occupancy, the Hotel may request the payment of non-guaranteed reservations in advance of the guest#39;s entrance; • Guaranteed reservations: No-show guaranteed reservations will be kept in the system until 12:00 noon the day after the guest arrives; • Minor Housing • Accommodation for unaccompanied minors under age 18 or together with other representatives will be accepted only upon written authorization, notarized by the parents. For lodging of persons under 18, even if accompanied by parents, paternity must be proven through an IC (identity card) or CN (birth certificate). Article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law No. 8.069 / 90) defines as a crime the lodging of children or adolescents, unless authorized or accompanied by parents or guardians.
