La tasa para seguro médico cubre solamente consultas médicas en los casos de urgencia y emergencia en el centro médico del Complejo Iberostar, y en caso de imposibilidad de desplazamiento del huésped, en el lugar en que éste se encuentre.
No está incluido en el seguro: Procedimientos médicos derivados de estas consultas y realizados en el propio complejo, como por ejemplo: suturas, drenajes, curativos y nebulizaciones, y materiales y medicamentos utilizados en estas atendencias.
Este servicio es opcional y caso el huésped elija en no adherir al seguro médico en el check-in, ello podrá, en caso necesario, utilizar los servicios y efectuar el pago conforme la tabla disponible en la recepción.

Medical Service Fee:
2017: US$ 5.00 per person, per night, including adults, children and infants (this service is optional).
The Medical Service Fee covers medical appointments in cases of urgency and emergency at the Medical Center at the Iberostar Complex, or wherever the patient is located if he/she is unable to get to the Center;
The medical fee does not cover: Medical procedures resultant of said appointments and performed at the Complex, such as suturing, drainage, bandages and nebulization, and any materials and medications used during the appointments.
This service is optional and if the guest decides not to hire the Medical Service at the check-in, he/she will be able to use the medical services if necessary and pay according to a price list.
